Faculty position employed by the University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine practicing in UT Health East Texas facilities. The University of Texas at Tyler School of Medicine in Tyler TX is seeking a skilled BE/BC Infectious Disease physician to join its established growing Division of Infectious Disease faculty team that is helping to shape the future of medical education and clinical care in East Texas. About Your Work:Join a collegial team of 4 physicians 4 APPs and an experienced support staffFullTime Employment Faculty position at the rank of Assistant Associate or Full Professor will be appointed to the successful applicant commensurate with their professional experience and qualifications.Based on interest candidates also could develop one or more programs in the following areas: clinical operations outpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy infection prevention and control antibiotic stewardship HIV medicine telehealth medical education/training of medical students residents and fellows NTM clinic and TB public healthEnjoy working in the inpatient setting at 502bed Level I Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center UT Health Tyler a nationallyrecognized A Safetyrated facility (The Leapfrog Group Fall 2024 Work in the outpatient setting at UT Health Tyler North CampusSchedule: MondayFriday 8a5p.
