Job Description
NEEDED: RADIOLOGY TECHNICIAN
LOCATION: 4200 Bureau Road North Terre Haute Indiana 47808
STATUS: PRN As Needed
SCHEDULE / HOURS: 40 hours per week Monday Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
QUALIFICATIONS:
- U.S. Citizen
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of Radiographic Technology
- Must be licensed to take xrays and provide a copy of ARRT licensure.
- Must have at least one year of prior experience
- Shall be certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in accordance with the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform Xray procedures on patients referred by Health Services staff.
- Maintain Xray film files and/or dictated reports as needed on all patients referred for evaluation.
- Document and scan into BEMR.
- Provide recommendations for further diagnostic testing and/or treatment to the Clinical Director who will retain professional responsibility for patients referred.
- Will wear appropriate attire to include scrubs that are dark blue burgundy or grey.
