Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in automation testing with expertise in Selenium and JavaScript scripting language. Knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain automated tests using Java Selenium WebDriver for web applications.
Develop REST Assured framework to perform API testing.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify requirements and create test plans cases and scripts.
Utilize BDD (BehaviorDriven Development) principles to write clear and concise acceptance criteria.
Conduct strong integration and API testing using the REST Assured framework.
Develop custom components or integrations using JavaScript as needed.
Perform performance testing using tools like JMeter for load/stress testing.
Conduct manual testing as required.
Create scripts using reusable methods.
Execute strong testing and debugging processes.
Troubleshoot diagnose and solve issues effectively.
Demonstrate experience with web browser technologies e.g. HTML HTTP.
Use performance testing tools like JMeter LoadRunner and Gatling.
Work with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in automation testing.
Proficiency in Selenium and JavaScript scripting language.
Experience with Java Selenium WebDriver.
Strong understanding of REST Assured framework for API testing and integration.
Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter LoadRunner and Gatling.
Familiarity with databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
Experience in manual testing.
Proficient in creating scripts using reusable methods.
Strong troubleshooting diagnosing and problemsolving skills.
Demonstrated experience with web browser technologies e.g. HTML HTTP.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
