Your mission

Your mission

  • coordinating the flow of documents with payroll providers (DE PL in a timely manner preparation and processing of payroll data in a timely manner
  • proceeding of paymentsunderemployment contracts in a timely manner
  • coordinating and cooperating with service providers ofpayroll services tax and social insurance adviceemployee benefits insurance company etc.
  • processingemployment and other HR documentationpreparation of formscertificatesand other HRrelated documents.
  • maintainingemployment records in paper form and (parallel)electronic form (esp.using Personiosoftware)
  • handling
    1. employee trainings (DE PL)
    2. employee benefits
    3. employee insurance
    4. refunds and disbursements (DE PL) including travel expenses
    5. on/offboarding process including arranging for of onboarding documents (esp. for payroll) completion of training courses and familiarization with internal procedures and policies
    6. assisting with recruitment process including making arrangements with candidates for job interviews setting up access to online testing platform for candidates as well as preparing draft employment offers and agreements
    7. monitoringcompliance with rules of remote workingfor PST offices in Germany and Poland
    8. ensuring that HR processes comply with the requirements of external organizations such as Arbeitsamt Finanzamt Statistisches Bundesamt Bundesagentur fr Arbeit Krankenkassen etc. as well as with applicable internal regulations
    9. preparation of regular reports mostly for thecontrollingunit as wellas handling ad hoc inquiries
Your profile
  • experience in HR
  • professional or academic background in HR finance accounting (social) insurance or similar
  • strong analytical skills
  • proficient knowledge of Excel
  • strong organisational skills
  • ability tomultitask /simultaneouslyhandleseveralHRassignment(mostly at hoc)
  • language skills:fluency in German good knowledge of English proficiency in Polish is a plus
  • courtesyand empathy
  • ability to work under pressure and perform timeconstrained tasks
  • ability to work in a hectic environment
  • determination to deliver within tight deadlines
  • ability to maintain data confidentiality
