** Per Diem ** Seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners for Coverage Needs in Vail Colorado Apply Today!
Responsibilities
- 24 Hour Shift: On Call from Home/Hotel. Call back into hospital if needed for rounding.
- Newborn and High Risk Deliveries
Qualifications
- Current APRN National Specialty Certification
- Minimum of a Masters Degree
- Minimum of 1 Years Experience
- Ability to Offer Ongoing Availability
Benefits and Compensation
Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.
Our direct per diem positions are W2
Compensation: The pay for this position is $850.00 flat stipend for 24 hour shift with hourly rate for any call back hours requiring provider to report to the hospital for care. Hourly rate $75.00/hour.

PTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTO
Holidays: Per Diem team members are not eligible for company holidays.
Other compensation: Per Diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.
