Set in the beautiful village of Yealmpton The Rose & Crown is a muchloved pub with accommodation thats renowned for its food cosy interior and suntrap walled garden.
Youll be working in the South Hams largely an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which is abundant with magnificent scenery. Youll find breathtaking beaches quality local food history culture and enchanting woodland all moments away.
Are you aversatileSous Chef with experience of working in a fastpaced environment Join our talented kitchen team and youll be working alongside passionate people with locally sourced produce to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
