What You Will Do:
Responsible for applying indepth knowledge of the network and networking protocols along with excellent communication skills to perform indepth troubleshooting of all issues that arise.
Responsible for the continuous monitoring and management of the customer networks to ensure alarm receipt and processing procedures are followed.
Responsible for generating and processing tickets for technical support and service.
Identify alarms raise requests and will perform basic diagnostics of the problem and dispatch it as required to the appropriate Carriers or to dispatch field service technician and/or parts.
Provides technical feedback to engineering concerning design/product changes/enhancements.
Provides operational support to maintain network devices on an enterprise network.
Respond to outage requests and assist in the troubleshooting of mission impacting outages.
What You Will Need:
Bachelors Degree Additional Four Years of experience will be needed in lieu of degree.
At Minimum Four 4 years of IT experience.
Experience as NOC /Network Engineer.
Familiarity with routing and switching technologies.
Ability to analyze technical data quickly and communicate with others to resolve issue.
Experience with Network Monitoring Tools such as Solarwinds or Datadog.
Experience with Cisco WAN devices and F5 load balancers.
Familiarity with networking best practices monitoring and implementation.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience with IT service management tools and platforms.
Knowledge of network protocols and architectures.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Network Certification.
Experience supporting federal projects.
