Job Description
2 Locations Hiring with Self-Scheduling & All Shifts Available
$12.5k Sign-on Bonus: $2500 paid 1st full check $3k at year 1 $7k year 2
Relocation: $5k paid 1st check
Loan Forgiveness up to $10K for ASN & $18K for BSN
Immediate start dates available
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
2 years of RN experience in acute inpatient hospital setting (LPN/LVN exp is recognized)
Compensation:
ASN RNs: $27.50/hr - $45.55/hr DOE
BSN RNs: $28.75/hr - $46.80/hr DOE
Evening night & weekend differential: $3.50/hr
Call paid at 10% of hourly rate time & a half if called in

Triage patients based on acuity and presenting symptoms

Perform rapid and accurate patient assessments
-
Administer medications treatments and emergency interventions
-
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans

Monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
-
Assist with diagnostic procedures and specimen collection
-
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
-
Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
-
Respond to codes and participate in resuscitation efforts
-
Coordinate care transitions including admissions discharges and transfers
-
Participate in department quality improvement and continuing education initiatives
