Working hours: 34.5 hours/week 9:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday 9:30 to 17:00 on Fridays 60 mins break)
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join our clients team in Sutton. This role involves working primarily on the wards with some dispensary cover during the day. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services to our clients patients.
What will your responsibilities be:
The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for providing comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients including medication management and administration. This role involves conducting medication reconciliation preparing and dispensing medications and providing advice on the safe use of medicines. The technician will also collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimise patient care ensure compliance with legal and professional standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
