Overview
Devis is seeking a Project Manager/Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our team in support of the Defense Health Agency Business Operations and Executive Support Services contract. The successful candidate will lead the Solution Delivery Division (SDD) Stakeholder Engagement team in providing comprehensive communications outreach and stakeholder management services to support mission objectives and enhance program effectiveness. This role is contingent upon award and is on site in Falls Church VA.
Primary Duties
- Manage Stakeholder Engagement Inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Liaise with program management offices and branches to support communication efforts
- Support Quality Management in executing change management objectives
- Update and manage Stakeholder Engagement Catalog of Services
- Conduct Lunch & Learns and project management offerings
- Update and publish New Hire Orientation materials and coordinate orientation events
- Plan and execute Stakeholder Engagement offsites and facilitate divisional offsites
- Create and update weekly QUAD charts for presentation during division staff meetings
- Develop leadership bios weekly leadership messages and newsletters
- Oversee graphics design photography and videography services
- Coordinate conference attendance and support event planning
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience
- Familiarity of the DoD and the Defense Health Agency is highly desired
- Detailoriented organized and selfmotivated with high attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills with experience in people management
- Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and strategic communications
- Knowledge of change management and organizational improvement practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with healthcare communications or DoD stakeholder engagement
- Background in graphic design web content management or multimedia production
- Knowledge of strategic communications planning and implementation
- Experience developing and executing change management strategies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design applications
- Experience with government outreach and public affairs activities

- Active Secret Security Clearance
Salary Range
$130000 $140000
