Position: Marketing Communications Assistant
Location: Austin TX
Salary: $800 $1195 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Communications Assistant to join our growing team. In this role you will play a vital part in supporting our marketing and communications strategies by assisting with the development and of various communication initiatives. Your creativity and organizational skills will be crucial as you help to craft compelling messaging for a variety of platforms including social media email campaigns and promotional materials.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures newsletters and promotional flyers.
- Support the management of social media accounts by creating engaging content and monitoring interactions.
- Help organize and coordinate events including trade shows webinars and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitor strategies and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the development of email marketing campaigns and analyze performance metrics to optimize results.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain the marketing calendar and ensure all deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and graphic design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a teamoriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
