Job Description:
- Product Development:
- Assist in the development of new cement concrete and geotechnical composite products from concept to market based on identified needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in existing products to enhance performance and meet evolving market demands.
- Testing and Quality Control:
- Conduct lab testing procedures to ensure the quality and reliability of cement concrete soil testing and geotechnical products.
- Implement and maintain rigorous testing protocols to validate product performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Perform raw material testing to ensure suitability and quality for product development.
- Documentation:
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for all R&D activities including test results project progress and product specifications.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of all testing and development processes.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Product Manager engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility and performance.
- Foster a collaborative environment to facilitate innovation and efficient product development processes.
- Team Support:
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members as needed.
- Promote a culture of excellence accountability and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Material Science Civil Engineering or a related field with 35 years experience
- Proven experience in R&D specifically in cement concrete soil and geotechnical composites.
- Strong handson experience with testing and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in preparing reports and conducting testing as per Indian and international standards like ASTM EN ISO etc.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements for cement and geotechnical products.
