Job Description
We are looking for a FullTime Lead Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility of preserving the good condition and functionality of multiple premises. In state travel will be required.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly in a fast paced and detailed environment.
We are seeking an independent hardworking employee that is organized detailed and understands the importance of communication and working together as a team.

*This Job Requires Frequent Travel Mileage and Per Diem Paid*
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Survey building conditions and mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Maintain the ability to navigate smart phone electronic work orders
- Inspect work of staff
Skills
- Possesses proven experience as maintenance technician
- Effective communication skills at a leadership level
- Basic understanding of electrical hydraulic and other systems
- Posses knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working Knowledge of tools common appliances and devices
- Maintain manual dexterity and problemsolving skills
- Possesses effective computer literacy skills including software in Microsoft
- Possesses the ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Job Type:
FullTime Monday Friday Nights/Weekends on Emergency
Salary:
$45000 to $60000 per year Depends On Experience
