Job Description
Desserts Etc in Hershey PA is looking for a FullTime or PartTime Barista to join our team! The Baristas position primarily involves working with customers on the bakery retail floor. Our ideal candidate is friendly selfdriven motivated enthusiastic and hardworking.
Tipped Position Estimated Between $6$8 in tips per hour on top of base hourly rate!

Responsibilities
- High quality customer service
- Assist our guests with their Dessert orders
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with guests needs
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 6am 10pm
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Preferable experience as a barista or in customer service
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
