Job Overview:
Were seeking an experienced and motivated Hybrid Sales and Internet Manager to lead our sales team while managing the dealerships online presence and digital sales efforts. This role combines showroom leadership with expertise in internet sales to create a seamless customer experience across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

  • Recruit train and mentor a highperforming sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance team productivity and profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance provide actionable feedback and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Foster a positive teamoriented environment in the showroom.

Internet Sales Management

  • Oversee and manage all incoming online leads ensuring timely and professional followups.
  • Optimize the digital sales process maintaining smooth transitions from online inquiries to instore purchases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve digital advertising online vehicle listings and social media campaigns.
  • Analyze online sales metrics and implement datadriven strategies to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales with a background in internet sales or digital marketing preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and online sales platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience in both inperson and online interactions.
