Position : Call Center Representative Urgent Need
Location : Tempe AZ
Duration : 6 Months Contract
1st Shift (MF)
Essential Job Functions:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries by phone and email
- Places orders for customer by phone email and fax for shipment from BPV for over 4000 products codes
- Determines requirements by working with customers
- Utilize a customer relationship application and /or database to record activities and research product information
- Provide support and assistance to the outside sales force
- Handle requests for returned product
- Work with other teams crossfunctionally to resolve customer and sales force issues
- Respond to inquiries by clarifying desired information; research locate and provide information
- Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implements solutions; escalates unresolved problems
- Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Enhance client reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Works with customers to resolve issues and insure that escalations are quickly and effectively handled
- Works collaboratively with a variety of people at all levels within the organization to ensure effective communication and success of key initiatives

- Must be able to work shifts ranging from 5:00am 5:00pm AZ time Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday if business needs dictate
