Senior Account Executive Experiential

INNOCEAN USA a fullservice advertising agency located in Huntington Beach CA is searching for a seasoned Senior Account Manager to join our Kia experiential team!

The Account Manager position will report to the Account Director. This position will be a part of INNOCEANs Promotions Department to work on Kia Americas auto show and special events programs. This position will focus on the operations and production strategy for activations that are part of the National and Regional Auto Shows Electrify Expos Dealer Meetings working directly with the KUS marketing team and activation agencies. The position requires a strong project management and budget management skills. The position also requires some travel to various events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Account Manager is responsible for the daytoday management of the agencys teams focusing on excellent service delivery to our client
    • Support and manage the overall project scope specifications budgets fabrication and firstuses to ensure Kia branding messaging and quality control.
    • Participate in ongoing auto show budget review and approval meetings as deemed necessary to track changes and revisions.
    • Coordinate and manage Specialty Vehicle Logistics withKUSdistribution and transportation vendors such as Car Prep for auto shows and dealer meetings.
    • Review and maintain monthly Cost Analysis Report and change order report.
    • Provide onsite logistical support toKUSauto show staff as directed byKUS.
    • Create and distribute booth vehicle layouts for all A B C & Dkit shows.Manage approvals with regions.
    • Create update and distributeKUSmonthly special offers & incentives for each show each month of the auto show season.
    • Review and approve reformatted static Monroney vehicle content for all B & Ckit shows.
    • Update existing auto show property elements with current information manage graphic and digital updates to relevant display properties (Color & Trim displays and drive simulators.
    • AssistKUSauto show staff as requested byKUSby coordinating logistics for NBA Player Appearances withKUSSports Marketing.
    • Conduct random audits ofKUSvendor invoices with written approval byKUSProcurement.
    • Coordinate withKUS vendorsto research and recommend the best and most costeffective event and entertainment technology applications talent and services
    • Review subcontractor invoices and variance reports.
    • Provide reconciliation reports toKUSupon request.
    • Oversee the activation agency daytoday management & act as point person for the communication among other agencies
    • Fully understand the clients business and maintain current industry knowledge
    • Development of a positive partner relationship with clients and partners
    • Ensure that crossdepartment project teams produce all client work with the highest level of quality
    • Run & manage all update status calls with the client agencies and other partners
    • Work with internal team & partners to develop the onsite activation idea for the client
    • Manage and oversee the activation plan and including branding displays hospitality inventories etc.

DESIRED SKILLS &QUALIFICATIONS

    • A passion for experiential marketing and event activation
    • A minimum of 45 years of agency or clientbased account management experience
    • Experience with onsite event marketing for automotive industry is plus but not required.
    • Excellent time management written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to travel 25 of the time
    • Proficient in preparing presentations (e.g. PowerPoint presentations Word documents Excel spreadsheets).
  • Strong understanding and ability to apply integrated marketing strategies
  • Demonstrated creative and critical thinking with the ability to build programs from concept through to
  • Ability to problemsolve independently and in groups

Salary range:$100000 to $110000

Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: experience training and transferable skills.
