As part of the Fintech arm of Grab Grab Financial Groups Ecosystem Financial Services Partner team aims to empower the everyday entrepreneurs (our drivers and delivery partners) to be economically empowered through the provision of Financial Services. We are responsible for endtoend conceptualization design and development and ongoing management of innovative lending and insurance products in Singapore.
Get to Know the Role
You will hold responsibility for the P&L of the business and collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to drive growth. Externally you will lead business development and drive strategic partnerships Internally you will work with Risk Marketing Compliance Finance Operations and CE teams to drive strategic initiatives tactical campaigns reporting risk management and customer servicing and recovery frameworks.
You will report to the Head Consumer FS Ecosystem GrabFin Singapore. This role is based onsite at our Grab One North office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Take charge of profit and loss for driver lending and insurance monitoring metrics to set strategic growth priorities in Singapore
- Handle vendor relationships for Buy Now Pay Later and fuel programmes aiming to offer toptier financial solutions
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to innovate and scale financial solutions to enhance business growth
- Work with regional and country teams exchanging ideas to implement scalable initiatives achieving regional goals
- Drive user acquisition retention and engagement by identifying growth areas with Product teams
- Maximize customer value through collaborations across Grabs verticals leveraging synergies
- Conduct promotional campaigns to meet our goals analyze results with crossfunctional teams for actionable insights
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelors Degree or higher in any field (preferably in business management or finance)
- At least 4 or more years of experience in product management commercial or growth especially in the Financial Services sector. Experience in the lending and insurance space will be a good to have.
- Business sense with the ability to translate complex analyses to actionable business insights to different audiences
- Consumercentric mindset and problem definition and solution skills combined with an intellectual curiosity and love of learning.
- Skilled in analyzing and working with complex data sets
- Positive resilient and driven with the flexibility to thrive in dynamic environments.
