Essential Functions
Provides highlevel administrative support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer and other assigned leadership staff.
Performs administrative tasks including drafting letters memos invoices reports and other documents for senior staff.
Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.
Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives taking notes and recording minutes as necessary.
Receives incoming communication on behalf of senior staff reviews contents determines importance and summarizes and distributes contents to appropriate staff.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records ordering supplies and performing basic bookkeeping.
Assist in writing editing and proofreading of internal and external publications
Assist in the creation of webbased hard copy and PowerPoint materials
Property management responsible for providing maintenance for property issues
CSuite and leadership credit card reconciliations
Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED; Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
At least four years of related experience required.
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
