Our job is to supply the tools and services the pots pans soups and sauces they need to work better faster and safer leading to better patient outcomes.
We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Specialist to work with our expert Warehouse and Logistics team of over 90 employees across the world. Do you have a passion for Warehouse and Logistics Then we would love to hear from you.
What youll do
- Manage the inventory process in the warehouse cycle counting setups physical inventory stock sping process and other inventory related processes.
Report out on and track ageing inventory. - Oversee the overall warehouse complaint case management in close cooperation with 3PL QA & Supplier Quality teams.
Support internal and customer quality audits. - Train & Coach 3PL warehouse operations teams on any inventory or quality related process changes. Manage the changes to ensure successful deployment of changes with operations.
- Recommend improvements to existing processes.
Participate in or drive kaizen events for continuous improvement of warehouse processes using Danaher set of operational excellence tools
Job Requirements:
- Min 3 years experience in warehouse logistics or distributin environment
- Experience in managing inventory related processes like cycle counting annual physical inventory
- Quality Assurance / Supplier quality experience
- Proficient with excel and other analytical tools
- Undergraduate Degree/bachelors degree in Logistics Materials or Supply Chain Management
It would be a plus if you have experience in:
- Experience in CRM / ERP / QMS
- Operations Excellence tools Lean Six Sigma
- Dutch is a plus
