Responsibilities:
- Manage a highvolume of inbound customer inquiries by phone email text and chat
- Respond to all inbound lead requests promptly
- Be a liaison between customers and the sales department
- Assist in implementing customer campaigns and marketing projects
- Must be comfortable with computers programs and smart devices
- Assist in generating reports and logs
Requirements:
- Call center experience a plus
- Dealership experience preferred
- Automotive Salesexperience a plus
- Excellent phone organizational written and oral skills
- Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Positive Attitude
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Selfmotivation and selfsufficient
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Drive to succeed customer expectations
