Job Description
A wellestablished midsized law firm based in San Jose CAseeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our Transactional Real Estate group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate contracts related to property acquisition disposition leasing and financing.
- Provide legal counsel and advice on a wide range of transactional real estate matters.
- Work collaboratively with other attorneys and clients to develop strategies and solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 7 years of experience in transactional real estate law.
- Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in real estate matters including property acquisition leasing and financing.
- Strong academic credentials from a reputable law school.
- Excellent analytical writing and communication skills.
