Job Description

Whatyou would be doing:

You will be working closely with the Administrator HR Director and Department Heads to create and manage staffing schedules and assures staffing levels are adjusted as needed to meet census and resident care needs as well as providing administrative support to the HR Department.

Whatyourwork schedulewould be:

Monday Friday 8 hours per day during usual business hours. Start time may be as early as 7am as determined by the administrator. Some evening weekend or holiday rotations may be required as determined by the Administrator.

Thesuccessfulcandidate:

  • Has a minimumof ahigh school diploma orequivalent.

  • Quickly grasps concepts and interrelatedness ofbudgets overtime andper patient day scheduling andhas the ingenuity tobe flexible and manipulate schedules as needed.

  • Hasstrongcommunicationskillswiththe ability to negotiate motivateand gain commitment from team members.

  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

  • Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions (word processing graphics databases spreadsheets etc.
