About the role

As an EHS Coordinator your will lead and coordinate all EHS activities. Your role will be to promote continuous improvement in EHS performance and develop EHS as a business advantage.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring adherence to OSHA and EPA requirements and all other applicable regulations laws and legislation in Florida.

  • Ensure compliance with various regulations and Management System requirements pertaining to employee safety hazardous material exposure and environmental conditions.

  • Manage an LQG Hazardous Waste Program Per RCRA/DOT requirements

  • Develop coordinate lead and/or support environmental health and safety training including conducting training sessions when and assure proper recordkeeping.

  • Continuously review operations recognize and evaluate workplace safety and health hazards.

  • Implements and promotes awareness/understanding of the 14001/18001 management systems and internal EHS standards policies and procedures by providing related training to all assigned sites as .

  • Oversee and/or maintain chemical and material inventory and usage database or records and ensure Safety Data Sheets are current and in compliance with Hazard Communication Standards.

About You

You bring 3 years related experience and / or training; ISO 14001 and/or 45001 auditor certifications or experience a plus.The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional work environment that can include both office and manufacturing background including computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
