Job Description
AOI Programmer
Rate: $2225/hr (depending on experience)
Hours: MTh 6am3:15pm; F 6am12pm
Batavia OH
CD
Responsibilities:
Create debug and maintain all programs utilized on the AOI machines.
Create new programs for all AOI machines.
Revise programs as needed to address changes in parts templates etc.
Implement all ECNs (Engineering Change Notices) into all applicable programs as specified.
Debug programs to enhance the machines to operate as efficiently as possible.
Oversee and maintain the program log.
Assist in training operators on proper operation of the machines.
Assist operators in researching and resolving part issues and discrepancies.
Communicate directly with AOI machine manufacturer to resolve machine operation issues.
Communicate and work directly with company departments to resolve quality production and machine issues on a casebycase basis.
Proactively planning the creation of programs to support and have programs available at the start of production.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with 23 years of experience in electronics manufacturing is required
Demonstrates leadership integrity and high personal standards
Excellent communication skills organizes documents expresses clear and concisely so all can fully understand expectations directions and followthrough with agreements commitments and expectations
Takes initiative and looks for improving processes to get results
Can recognize problems and respond in a positive constructive manner
Expertise in computerbased applications including Microsoft 365 (OfficeOutlook Excel Word and PowerPoint)
IPCA610 Certification is a plus
Experience with SAP Business One is a plus
