Job Description
As a Recruiter with Career Transitions you have the opportunity to work with a firm in business for 25 plus years and a group of professionals second to none. The positions you fill are Technical NonExempt Exempt Associate Bachelor Master or PhD educated positions. You have the ability to work Contingent Retained or Professional Contract openings. Please note we are not a light industrial staffing operation.
In this Professional Recruiter role at Career Transitions you are responsible for.
- Developing a customer base and managing the full lifecycle of the recruiting process from research to evaluation to presenting qualified candidates for client job openings.
- You may negotiate on behalf of clients to secure top talent and are accountable for delivering verifiable metrics to support recruiting activities to communicate with your client base.

As a Professional Recruiter you should have at least 2 years of thirdparty recruiting experience (inhouse recruiting experience is considered). Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously. A degree is preferred but not required and you should have demonstrated knowledge of sales strategies database research tools and negotiation methods.
