Job Description
- 20 hours of vacation days and 20 hours of sick pay by accrual after 90day introductory period.

- Encourage positive participation of students using enrichment and playbased activities to develop all aspects of their mental physical and social beings.
- Coteach alongside staff members to develop and execute creatively on lesson plans focusing on diversity social and emotional learning along with enrichment curriculum themes indoor and outdoor play combining the arts and handson experiences with supportive guidance from management.
- Perform all duties related to childcare including potty training diapering feeding cleaning and nurturing.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management as per program needs.
- High School Diploma
- 13 years experience as a teacher for children under six years old.
- Familiarity with New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene Article 47 regulations.
- Passionate and dedicated honors and truly loves children for who they are.
- Responsive to childrens curiosity wonder and interests.
- Lifelong learners looking for ways to improve their skill sets personally and professionally.
- Effective classroom management skills while supporting childrens wellbeing.
- Team players with a positive cando anything attitude and professionals who are ontime and dedicated to their jobs.
- New York State Teachers Certification (Birth 2nd or elementary) if applicable
- Coursework or Degree in Early Childhood Education or Related Field
