Job Description

Responsibilities

NoblisESI is seekinga Project Manager / Directors Action Group(DAG)Action Officerto support our customer.

JobResponsibilities

  • Perform andmaintainDAG support functions including recognition programs training and security.
  • Track edit andsubmitawards and other HRrelated duties.
  • Manage MIDs Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions.
  • Manage and execute the action tracking process; develop standard operating procedures and serve as facilitator for user requirements.
  • Monitor progress on actions generate metrics todemonstrateaccountability for meeting deadlines and quality expectations; prepare periodic reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late pending and new actions.
  • Develop andmaintainpresentations for audiences up to the NRO levelmaintaininga quality control process for all presentations.
  • Support the MID Front Office in all business functionsto ensure the smooth performance of the Directorates mission and the senior leadership teams responsibilities.
  • Formulate executivelevel presentations that capture the Directorates messaging with tailoring to match specific users stakeholders and mission partner engagements.
  • Develop and provide preparatory briefings data and information to ensure MID Senior Leadership is properly informed and prepared for participation in NRO and MID seniorlevel meetings (i.e. PMRs PSRs IC Quarterlies).
  • Provide senior executivelevel support (e.g. document meeting minutes/action items create PowerPoint presentations) for MID meetings forums technical reviews design reviews program status reviews business reviews all hands offsites protocol events conferences.
  • Review NRO and Directorate calendars tomaintainawareness of enterprise engagement activities and toidentifyMID Senior Leadership engagement opportunities/needs beyond the monthly roadmap.
  • Provide technical review and/or prepare all MID correspondence packages (both internal and external) ensuring consistency proper classification and relevance of responses.
  • Developmaintain and present MID communications and business documentation including overview briefings YearInReview Weekly Activity Reports biweekly Insight publications allhands and offsiteagendasand briefings.
  • Support and help implement Directorate governance policy and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorsdegree in technology Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field. Alternativelydemonstrateanadditional4 years of related acquisition experience per level if no bachelors degree is held.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CounterIntelligence Polygraph
  • Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.
  • Experience in intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance; in national space and ground systems in systems engineering and systemsprogrammatic

MidLevel

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 10 years of experience
  • Compensation: $107100 $167325

SeniorLevel

  • Bachelors degree
  • 10 years ofexperience
  • Compensation: $129700 $202675

Desired Qualifications

  • Masters Degree.
  • Experience creating editing and delivering weekly activity reports and yearly in review summaries and updating monthly reports.
  • Experience performing response reviews for Freedom of Information Act requests and Information Review and Release Group documentation.
  • Experience creating delivering and maintaining knowledge management processes and products in accordance with office governance policies and processes.
  • Experience training new personnel in the action tracking tools and processes.
  • Advanced skills in writing reviewing and editing of intelligence and technical reports white papers and other technical and policy documents.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and brief senior level Government leaders both civilians and military officers.
  • Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors including but not limited to the combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies and experience internal and external equity location clearance level as well as contractspecific affordability organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this positionis based on full time status. For part time or oncall staff compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important its just one component of Noblis total compensation package.
