Location: Kolkata (Onsite)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage and Conduct Interviews Onboarding Orientation and Offboarding
- Use Social Media Job Boards and Other Channels to Source and Attract Candidates
- Work on Organizational Wellbeing (Employee Happiness & Engagement)
- Addressing Employee Demands Grievances or Other Issues
- Facilitate and Communicate HR Policies and Strategy Updates and Changes.
- Act as a Medium between Leadership and Teams to Support and Resolve Issues.
- Initiate Assist and Coordinate Events and Office Activities
- Perform Office Duties as Needed and Assigned.
Job Role Requirements:
- At least 2 Years of Experience working in a Fastpaced Environment.
- Strong Recruiting and Demonstrated Ability
- Organizational Time Management Skills
- Balancing Multiple Roles and Paying Attention to Small Details.
- Strong Knowledge of EmploymentBenefits and Regulations etc.
- Excellent Direct and Professional Communication Skills
- Experience in Managing Multiple Priorities.
