Sazerac is seeking Talent Acquisition Recruiters to lead fullcycle salaried hiring and play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce. This role partners closely with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to drive an efficient and strategic hiring process.
We are open to fulltime direct hires and contractor recruiters who have expertise in scouting talent in Marketing Sales HR and Manufacturing.
FullCycle Recruitment: Manage the endtoend hiring process including sourcing screening interview coordination and selection.
Strategic Talent Advisor: Act as a consultant to hiring managers providing expert recruiting solutions and market insights.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of highpotential candidates through proactive sourcing networking and cold outreach.
Staffing Strategy : Collaborate with HR and department leaders to develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
Compliance & Diversity Initiatives: Ensure adherence to EEOC OFCCP and all relevant regulations while fostering a diverse and inclusive candidate pool.
Future Talent Planning: Identify skills and competencies needed for longterm organizational success and contribute to succession planning efforts.
Proven experience in fullcycle recruiting preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong ability to source engage and assess top talent.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills with hiring managers and candidates.
Experience ensuring compliance with hiring regulations and promoting diversity in recruitment.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
