- Pool Maintenance:
- Performing routine pool maintenance tasks including chemical testing and balancing cleaning filters and skimming debris.
- Conducting thorough pool inspections and identifying potential issues.
- Performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal pool performance.
- Customer Service:
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients building strong relationships and addressing their concerns promptly.
- Communicating effectively with the Office Team regarding service schedules recommendations and any necessary repairs.
- Special Services:
- Assisting with spring openings pool closings and other specialized services as needed.
- Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude: Youre a team player with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
- DetailOriented: You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.
- Reliable and Responsible: You are punctual dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical Fitness: You are able to lift at least 50 pounds work in various weather conditions (including heat and light rain) and stand for extended periods.
- Customer Service Focus: You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Valid Drivers License: A valid drivers license is required for operating company vehicles. (Nonoptional)

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from our office.
- Must be available to work MondayFriday with potential for weekend work during peak season.
