As aCSSD Instrument Technicianyour responsibilities will include:

• Ensure sterilizing practice standards ASand infection control are adhered to at all times
• Perform duties in all work areas of CSSD (Decontamination Packing Sterilisation and Loans)
• Operate and document all machinery operational requirements
• Document and report all quality activities.
• Flexibility in work locations morning and afternoon shifts plus weekends at short notice.

Essential Criteria:

• At least 1 year CSSD Technician experience
• Certificate III in sterilizing Services
• Committed to maintaining currency in practical skills and knowledge
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work well in a team as well as independently
• Able to prioritize plan and take the initiative to respond to changes
• Basic / Intermediate computer skills
