Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence. If you are a motivated selfstarter with a passion for sales and customer service we want to hear from you.
Our goal is to grow the new territory and double the size of our business. Do you have what it takes Are you ready to take ownership with the owners support to double the size of the business Results will be expected.
Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our territory including prospecting and cold calling
Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions using our hydraulic hose products and services
Territory Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales goals and market penetration
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products services and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Customer Support: Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure timely delivery service resolution and overall customer satisfaction
Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and market analysis to management
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience preferably in the industrial automotive or hydraulic service industries.
High school diploma required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities selfmotivated and goaloriented and ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust
Familiarity with hydraulic and/or industrial hoses fittings and related products is a plus
Formal sales training (e.g. Sandler SPIN Selling or Challenger Sales) is a plus
Clean driving record and valid drivers license and reliable transportation for daily travel within the assigned territory
