Behavioral Health Licensed Therapist (LCSW or LPC)

The Position:Our client is looking for a qualified LCSW to join their talented team in a fulltime outpatient capacity located in Austin. They are offering the following compensation and benefits package:
- $69000 $79000 Base Salary (Based on Experience)

Requirements:
- Relevant Masters Degree
- Current Texas LCSW or LPC License
- Passion for Working with a Diverse Local Community
- 2 Years Experience in Behavioral Health Preferred
- BiLingual (any language) is a Plus
- Active BLS Certification
Schedule and Caseload:
- 8AM5PM MondayFriday (Possible Hybrid Option Hours Vary by Clinic Location)
- 100 Outpatient Opportunity with No Weekends Late Nights or Holidays
- No Hospital Work or Rounding; PhoneOnly Call
- Manage Up to 10 Patient Slots Per Day with an Average of 68 Patients Seen Daily Due to a Typical 20 NoShow Rate
- Regarding Hybrid Work: The First 90 Days Are InOffice. After That Hybrid Days Are Assigned Based on the Volume of Telehealth Patients One Can Attract and Retain
