Job Description

Were looking for a Paid Media & Ecommerce Account Managerto join our Ecommerce Sales team on a permanent basis. You will seek to maximise revenue in our DTC channels primarily through Paid Advertising (Amazon Google Facebook eBay) but also through wider optimisation on the platforms we sell on.

The PPC Paid Media & Ecommerce Account Managerwill report directly to our Head of Ecommerce.


The Role:

If you are passionate about growing revenue online through Paid Media this is an outstanding opportunity for you to make a significant impact and contribute to the continued growth of a legendary brand. The role will be 75 managing Paid Media accounts and 25 other responsibilities.

Perhaps you have some agency experience or have gained exposure client side. Either way you will continue to develop as a Paid Media professional due to the extensive experience within the Ecom team whilst also learning how to navigate the wider responsibilities that Cambridge Audio has to offer.

Responsibilities:


Paid Media Management:

Global Account Management across:

  • Amazon Ads Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands DSP (via an agency)#
  • Google Ads Search Ads Shopping
  • eBay Ads Promoted Listings
  • FB / IG Paid Social Ads Periodic ROAS based campaigns (day to day social media sits within marketing.
Reporting Use of Looker to report on consolidated global spend.
Analysis Ongoing analysis and optimisation of all paid channels and platforms

Wider Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Creative Collaborate with marketing on creative for the DTC channels.
  • Sales Analysis & Awareness Analysis and optimisation of our DTC channels (beyond the paid media contribution)
  • Promotional Planning & Pricing Managing pricing changes across all DTC channels and communicating to the wider team.
  • Collaboration Working with wider teams in the business: Marketing Logistics Support Wider Sales etc.
  • Partnership/Agency Management Help manage the relationships of all supporting agencies that we work with in DTC.
  • Amazon Seller Central Help to maintain the overall Amazon platform manage listings resolve issues ensure strong performance through the many levers which can be pulled.
Location:
Hybrid/Remote Fleet (Hampshire) for weekly meetings and London HQ as and when required.


Requirements

  • 12 years of Paid Media Experience (any experience in the wider responsibilities section is a bonus)
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Strong ability to selfmotivate in a flexible Hybrid/WFH set up.
  • Enjoys working closely with people in a team.
  • Excellent communication problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners.
  • Indepth understanding of the Paid Media space and online consumer behaviour.
  • Ideally but not essential Degree Educated.
