Accountable for driving and generating revenue for the business unit working on outbound sales inquiries on phone calls or chats.
Attending business networking events to generate leads
Create and maintain database for outreach via phone email LinkedIn and other networking platforms.
Market research to develop warm leads
Develop an outreach mechanism through SOPs to reach out to target customers for generating leads.
Upsell additional services as required to prospects.
Get an understanding of the services offered at Infidigit on a regular basis by attending interna trainings as and when required.
Deliver the monthly target as assigned by the business
Understands pipeline management working on opportunities/leads through ZOHO or other CRM tools and be able to present a report on a weekly basis to the leadership team.
Prepare monthly quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Enable the endtoend onboarding process for new clients ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client status.
Adhere to SOPs for lead conversion and onboarding to ensure successful client onboarding.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Maintaining client records.
