Your Role at Pura:
Were seeking a detailoriented and motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role you will assist with financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting activities. Youll work closely with finance managers and crossfunctional teams to support datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
You will help us inspire a belief in the power of fragrance to craft and elevate memorable moments for our Owners. This is your chance to make an impact in a highgrowth company thats redefining the way people experience scent.
*Not a remote role This role is located in Pleasant Grove UT office
What Youll Own:
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Support budget and forecast development
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities or risks
- Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets
- Assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from leadership
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment
