Reporting to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the Vice President KLOVE Shares provides leadership and oversight to new KLOVE Inc. initiatives such as college brands kids/youth initiatives and other new ministries. The keys to success will be organizing all details from conception to while providing clear and concise information to key stakeholders. Providing effective leadership strategic networking and internal collaboration across ministry departments. Ensure all the new initiatives and new ministries events outreaches streams podcasts influencer deals and more are done at a bestinclass level resulting in lives impacted for Jesus.

This role will be onsite at our Franklin TN offices.
Heres just some of what you will be doing daily
- Provides strategic direction for the development and of KLOVE Shares new initiatives and ministries.
- Oversee daytoday new ministries activities which may include negotiation of agreements; planning and administration of the budget (national regional and local).
- Oversee and direct KLOVE Shares streaming. Participate in appropriate promotional events and other industryrelated events positively representing the new ministries.
- Oversee the efforts of the Marketing Team through leadership to ensure consistent brand messaging and that event participation is strategic increasing brand visibility and recognition.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on all merchandise and product design to create demand and recognition for KLOVE Shares brand.
- In partnership with the KLOVE Radio Group Program Director and the Programming Team dig into available research deepen understanding of KLOVE and Air1s target audience to achieve excellent brand connection engagement and grow overall reach for KLOVE Shares ministries.
- In partnership with the leader of podcasts and streaming evaluate available research launch new research deepen understanding of potential target audience of our streaming offerings to ascertain what streams should be launched to achieve excellent brand connection engagement and grow overall reach for the new ministries.
- Measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness utilizing benchmarks and market analysis research. Translate and work with Data Services for information captured from research ratings etc.
- Optimize opportunities through onpage content and relevancy expanding the KLOVE Shares footprint in digital media through exploring ways to build revenues for KLOVE through digital media created in the KLOVE Shares area.
- Strategically position web and digital assets to carry the message and vision of the KLOVE Shares brand. Partner with Programming and Content Teams to ensure web and digital support of onair onpodcast onstream and ondemand messaging.
- Provide strategic leadership mentoring and developing a highly competent and responsive KLOVE Shares team ensuring alignment of goals and ministry initiatives with KLOVE Inc.s mission. Foster a learning environment where training risk management operational best practices and biblical values go hand in hand with creative and entrepreneurial solution that best fulfill the ministrys mission.
- Provide functional leadership to KLOVE Shares new initiatives and new ministries.
- Utilize the KLOVE Inc. Leadership Framework in setting professional goals for self and direct reports. Actively seek and partake in training & education to deepen Biblical understanding media/business acumen leadership knowledge interpersonal awareness and communication skills.

- Bachelors degree or combination of education/training with relevant experience.
- Minimum 10 plus years experience in an executive Management/Leadership role (Director or above).
- At least 2 years of experience working in entertainment or media industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in new initiatives executing strategies and/or operations.
- Broad experience in nonprofit or ministry organizations.
- Global or international experience is an added plus.
- Ability to work across boundaries and across the organization to build collaborative relationships.
- Capability to influence cross functionally and cross departmentally by inspiring and motivating others to act.
- Strong computer skills; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook); Mac and PC.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop sincere business/ministry relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills with ability to clearly communicate with various stakeholders.
