Position: Disability Support Worker

Role Overview:

Are you passionate about making a positive impact Were seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Disability Support Worker to join our team. You will play a key role in providing highquality care and support to our clients which are located across Logan Scenic Rim (Beaudesert) and Ipswich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene meal preparation and mobility
- Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate medication records
- Utilize manual handling techniques safely and effectively
- Encourage and support clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their independence
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate III or higher in Disability Support or a related field
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Childrens Check (Blue and Yellow Card)
- First Aid and CPR
- Experience in disability support including manual handling PEG and Stoma care
- Experience in administering medication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license reliable transport and vehicle insurance
