Regional Marketing Manager Emergency Care (APAC)

What Youll Do
- Lead & Develop Talent Build and inspire a highperforming marketing team fostering growth collaboration and professional development.
- Drive Strategy Define marketing plans product positioning and gotomarket approaches that make a real impact.
- Market Leadership Analyse industry trends conduct competitive research and drive portfolio strategy to stay ahead of the curve.
- Strengthen Customer & Sales Alignment Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) sales teams and customers to enhance market presence and product adoption.
- Manage Product Lifecycle Oversee pricing product positioning and future portfolio expansion.
- Deliver Results Manage budgets track performance and optimize growth opportunities.
Who You Are
Required Experience
- 5 years of marketing management experience with a proven track record of driving market share growth and business impact.
- Bachelors degree in marketing management business or similar
- Experience working across Asia Pacific or a global region with an understanding of diverse market dynamics.

- A strategic thinker with the ability to analyse trends identify opportunities and drive longterm success.
