Dow Jones is looking for a Quality Manager to join our Due Diligence team responsible for the creation of highquality reports on companies and/or individuals using a combination of publiclyavailable sources and proprietary databases. As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Quality Analysts. You will work closely with your peers and your team of Quality Analysts ensuring that our content and sources are kept up to date and that reports meet client requirements in terms of accuracy and timeliness. You will report to the Director Risk & Compliance Services.
You Will
Provide regular and transparent communication of team objectives and goals
Supervise support and develop a team to maximize potential through motivation coaching counseling and delegation
Ensure Due Diligence reports meet client requirements in terms of content quality accuracy timeliness and completeness
Communicate with clients effectively addressing their questions and concerns
Promote the Due Diligence research process internally and externally
Perform testing of new or enhanced system and product functionality
Support training of future members of staff
Contribute to both team and productinitiated projects
Support R&C with translation services as and when required
You Have
Ability to coordinate appropriate internal resources
Resourcefulness to readily adapt to changing customer expectations
Knowledge of and interest in international affairs and politics
An openness to different views and opinions and an appreciation for team diversity
Preferred
Previous experience in the field of Due Diligence
Specialist legal business or financial knowledge
