Our Administration Team have several vacancies for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to work alongside our team in supporting the hospitals Admissions and Reception functions.
Youll be a key member of the team that is the face of our hospital managing all incoming patients and visitors to the hospital; assisting them with bookings health fund estimations admissions & enquiries.
This role will work across a variety of both front and back of house administration tasks on a Monday to Sunday roster across a variety of shifts.
You will work collaboratively with the rest of the team and our ward areas to ensure we are providing the best possible experience to our patients and visitors.

We are a 189 bed acute private hospital facility colocated on the John Hunter Campus at Rankin Park. The hospitalhas11 theatres including a hybrid theatre and a 15 bed Intensive Care Unit.
As an Administration Officer your responsibilities will include:
Manage a busy reception desk
Answer and redirect calls
Prepare admission paperwork
Perform Health Fund Checks as required
Manage the collection of excesses/co payments
Coordinate with staff from other departments
Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
Essential Criteria:
Prior experince in Medical or Hospital Administration
Flexible to work a variety of shifts early/late shifts & weekend work
Authority to Work in Australia
Valid NSW Working with Children check for employment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Strong attention to detail
Experience in MS Office (Outlook Word and Excel)
Works well independently and within a team
