Job Description
CenClear a provider of mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) services is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing highquality therapeutic services to individuals and their families while collaborating with other treatment team members to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Location
We have a position available at our MH/SUD outpatient facility located in Clearfield PA
Hours
- Fulltime preferred; parttime opportunities available.
- Fulltime positions work 40 hours per week 52 weeks per year
- This includes evenings availability at least twice per week until 7 pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide highquality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
- Adhere to state and funding source regulations and guidelines.
- Develops individualized treatment plans with identified treatment modality
- Assures that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff as well as family members and other providers as appropriate.
- Participates in required inhouse and appropriate outofhouse trainings
- Identifies ongoing areas of professional development and learning opportunities.
- Actively participates in and receives supervision from assigned supervisor
- Billable requirement of 24 billable hours per 40hour workweek
Qualifications
- Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC LCSW LMFT OR
- Licensed Eligible Masters Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency psychology social work counseling nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services) or other related field which includes a practicum in a health or human service agency
- Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental disorders.
- Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History PA Child Abuse History FBI Criminal History and Mandated Reporting Certificate
