NEW PRODUCTION MANAGER ROLE BASED IN BORDON HAMPSHIRE
Our client based in Bordon Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex power electronics for the Automotive and Industrial industry.
They are recruiting for a Production Manager to join their established team to oversee and optimize the manufacturing processes driving operational efficiency and strategic alignment.
Responsibilities as a Production Manager in Bordon.
- Manage daily manufacturing operations ensuring ontime delivery of quality products.
- Coordinate resourcesmanpower equipment materialsto meet production targets.
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming production team.
- Enhance throughhole manufacturing processes including wave soldering and conformal coating.
- Partner with engineering teams to upgrade equipment and implement lean principles.
- Maintain adherence to industry regulations and quality standards.
Requirements as a Production Manager in Bordon.
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 7 years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Expertise in throughhole processes wave soldering and conformal coating.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma certification is a plus).
