What you will do:

PGIM Real Estates Business Management group supports the global leadership team in the design and implementation of business operating policies processes and longterm strategies.

We are seeking a Vice President to develop and deliver executive and internal messaging. The role will support the global coCEOs and Global COO team in ensuring consistent internal messaging to foster transparency and engagement and to promote our people achievements and strategic initiatives coordination with PGIM Communications and PGIM Private Alternatives (PPA) Marketing the role will design and manage internal communications plans produce content deliverables and timelines.This role provides the opportunity to support the evolution and growth of PGIM Real Estates business. PGIM Real Estate provides a welcoming and collaborative culture that is committed to developing and retaining talent.The role will report to the Head of Business Management which is aligned under the Global CoCEO and COO of PGIM Real Estate.

Ideally the candidate will be based in Newark NJ Tampa FL or New York NY (with requirement to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week) but we will consider candidates in other US office locations or alternative work arrangements.

What you can expect:

• Define and design executive and internal communications in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop strategy and content of CoCEO communications and messaging including agendas and content for Global Town Hall Meetings
• Develop messaging for Global COO Team supporting high priority initiatives including Investments Data Technology & Platform initiatives.
• Utilize various formats to enhance and optimize communications: written video podcast etc. Explore innovative channels to enhance communications.
• Develop internal messaging to support a consistent understanding of our platform.
• Partner with DEI team to communicate DEI initiatives both in terms of articulating our strategy and approach more broadly and positioning our efforts
• Support Regional Business Head Communications based on organizational impact and audience where possible
• Design and implement approach for internal promotion of external communications (PR Social Media Industry Publications) in conjunction with PGIM Communications and PPA Marketing Teams
• Drive strategic approach and messaging related to Change Management initiatives.
• Draft Internal Organizational Announcements and other organizationwide communication in conjunction with PGIM Communications and PPA Marketing
• Develop relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders to understand their priorities and deliver communications congruent with their voices and styles.
• Build indepth knowledge of PGIM Real Estates business and strategic initiatives and draw on that knowledge to shape organizational communications and drive a common narrative.
• If capacity allows ability to work on high priority programs and initiatives supported by the Business Management team.

What you will bring:

• Bachelors degree and 12 years of related experience in marketing public relations or internal communications in a financial services firm.
• Strong writing and editing skills across multiple mediums including web print and digital collateral advertising social media and announcements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively on multifaceted and crossfunctional initiatives.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communications as well as strong presentation skills.
• Desire to build understanding of the real estate investment management business.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $175000 to $200000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.
