What you will do:
PGIM Real Estates Business Management group supports the global leadership team in the design and implementation of business operating policies processes and longterm strategies.
We are seeking a Vice President to develop and deliver executive and internal messaging. The role will support the global coCEOs and Global COO team in ensuring consistent internal messaging to foster transparency and engagement and to promote our people achievements and strategic initiatives coordination with PGIM Communications and PGIM Private Alternatives (PPA) Marketing the role will design and manage internal communications plans produce content deliverables and timelines.This role provides the opportunity to support the evolution and growth of PGIM Real Estates business. PGIM Real Estate provides a welcoming and collaborative culture that is committed to developing and retaining talent.The role will report to the Head of Business Management which is aligned under the Global CoCEO and COO of PGIM Real Estate.
Ideally the candidate will be based in Newark NJ Tampa FL or New York NY (with requirement to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week) but we will consider candidates in other US office locations or alternative work arrangements.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $175000 to $200000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location candidate experience and skills.
