Job Description

Were growing fast and looking for a strategic passionate and handson Vice President of Training and Development to lead the way in shaping our talent and organizational development programs. If youre driven by the opportunity to build and scale impactful learning experiences that develop leaders and empower sales professionals this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the strategic vision for companywide training and development programs.
  • Lead coach and develop a team of Training Directors and trainers (fulltime and seasonal).
  • Design and implement engaging virtual training programs for sales leadership and executive teams.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in facilitation soft skill development and training best practices.
  • Build and deliver leadership development programs to strengthen internal talent pipelines.
  • Stay agile and responsive to changing sales strategies and company priorities.
  • Oversee training program scope resource planning budgets and quality control.
  • Utilize training technology and platforms to scale programs and ensure consistency.
  • Manage thirdparty training vendors and learning management systems.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning education and career development.
  • Align talent development strategies with company goals to drive business results.
  • Provide input on key talent initiatives including engagement succession planning and retention.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 10 years of progressive leadership experience in training and development.
  • Strong business acumen and experience partnering with senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills comfortable with executivelevel collaboration.
  • Proven track record managing virtual training initiatives and remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15 years of training and development experience.
  • Health insurance or healthcare industry knowledge and experience.
