Designation: Front Desk Executive
Job Location: Aurangabad
Salary: CTC 1215KPer Month or net salary 1012KPM
Candidates Profile: Candidate should be Smart pleasantpersonality Good communication skills able to work under pressure good knowledge of computer and command on excel.
Experience: 12 years in a similar field
Job Responsibilities :
- Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
- Route calls to specific people.
- Answer inquiries about the company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Schedule meetings appointments
- Ensure the reception area is tidy.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Send emails and faxes.
- Perform basic bookkeeping filing and clerical duties.
- Maintaining important documents records and files in a proper and organized manner
- Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers and calls
- Flight Ticket Hotel Booking and maintain records
- Digitalization of all Documents
- Telecalling as per given database and maintain reports
- Assist to HR
- Any other responsibility will be assigned to you as and when required
