Orka Financial is partnering with a growing business based in Bracknell that are looking to recruit a detailoriented PartTime Accounts Assistant to join their small team the successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various financial functions including Accounts Payable (AP) queries payment runs and staff expenses.
This position is parttime requiring 16 hours per week. The specific schedule can be discussed and arranged based on mutual agreement.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable (AP) Queries:
- Respond to supplier inquiries process invoices
- Payment Runs
- Manage the processing of staff expenses
- Preparing bi monthly payment runs
- Processing and allocating customer receipts
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records.
Experience
- Previous experience in a financerelated role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
Salary 35000 pro rata
