You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSummary: The Associate IT Operations Manager will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the IT department. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Engagement:
Manage Center of Excellence (CoE) employee engagement initiatives with the supervision of IT Operations director.
Regularly follow up with CoE managers on the progress of engagement programs.
Track and report on the effectiveness of employee engagement activities and come more ideas for improvisation.
Talent Acquisition:
Actively monitor the progress of IT hiring.
Work closely with Hiring HR HR consultants and Hiring Managers to expedite the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and hiring metrics.
US Visitor Support:
Coordinate logistics and accommodations for visiting US personnel.
Provide support to guests for any travel arrangements local transportation and other needs.
Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for visitors.
Peer Recognition Platform Management:
Get actively engaged in the Internal Peer Recognition Portal Grooming and Status meetings and monitor on the progress of the development.
Provide regular updates to the IT Director on the progress of Peer Recognition Portal development.
Identify and communicate any potential delays or risks to the platforms development and deployment.
Spendings & Asset Management Dashboard:
Maintain uptodate IT spending and asset management dashboards.
Provide reports to leadership as required.
General IT Operations Support:
Assist with other IT operational tasks as needed.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
EDUCATION
Preferred undergraduate degree in computer science information systems or related field.
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE and/or ABILITIES
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a IT Organisation.
Strong organizationaland timemanagement skills.
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Experience withHR systems and talent acquisition processes is a plus.
Experience with IT asset management tools is a plus.
