Job Description
Are you a seasoned Java Developer with 410 years of experience in Java/J2EE development At Divami we are seeking a dynamic Senior Java Developer who can quickly grasp existing software systems and enhance them based on customer requirements. You will take full ownership of product delivery ensuring seamless support and implementation for our teams. Proficiency in Java/J2EE exposure to DBMS (preferably Oracle) and expertise in using GitHub and GitHub Actions are essential. What we are looking for:
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective collaboration and documentation.
Business Requirements:
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and technical solutions.
Java/J2EE Proficiency:
- Strong expertise in Java/J2EE technologies.
Software Enhancement:
- Quickly understand existing software systems and enhance them based on customer requirements.
Database Management:
- Work with Database Management Systems preferably Oracle to ensure efficient data handling and storage.
Product Delivery:
- Take full ownership of product delivery ensuring seamless support and implementation for teams.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
Code Management:
- Utilize GitHub for version control and manage workflows using GitHub Actions.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and ensure best practices are followed.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software meets quality standards.
SDLC and Agile:
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Experience:
- 410 years of Professional Experience
Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering.
